Its Not What You Do!

Hard work is not equivalent to being Rich, Work smart!
Most Africans are some of the hardest working people you can find on the planet but they are the poorest. Its not what you do that determines the progress up the ladder or your growth financially, But its what you are 'being'. The state of your 'being' is the biggest indicator of what is happening around you. We do not become poor just because life decides that we should but because we let poverty in through our mindset. Simply put, we have decided and its a matter of choice
Everyone is doing something and not everyone is becoming rich by what they are doing. You may be doing something with a poor mindset or with yesterday's thinking to solve today's problems. Albert Einstein once said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result". When we were all born, our families and society set out to define us. Unfortunately we have become a product of our culture with strange beliefs on wealth creation and seeing poverty including struggle to have everything we need as being the only normal way of life. So far we have looked at life through the glasses of our culture and its time to change the lens in 2017 and see what happens
This is what is wrong with today's education system, people are still using 1900 models in the 21st century setting that is controlled by the digital edge. The education system is still teaching people what to think and not how to think like converting geography into Agriculture or computer science into computer industry. Students are being taught to pass the exam and not how to apply the knowledge to change their lives. The school system is preparing people to become good civil servants who end up as corrupt evil servants and not innovators. People are not told that working for others is selling time at wholesale price and expect them to live their dream life. This old school mentality does not develop a society or country. This is the type of mentality that kills innovation in the next generation, especially in a girl child. To become rich or abundant, your 'being' must upgrade to thinking, analyzing and acting as someone who has identified their purpose in life and are ready to act towards that goal. Just going to school to pass an exam is not equivalent to becoming rich otherwise all the educated people would have been rich by now. Is it not amazing that uneducated people have become rich and employed the educated ones as accountants and managers to mention a few. What's the difference? May be the educated become enthroned in working in familiar territory but those with humble backgrounds (I mean little or no education) only know that their lives must change and they need to go out and do something about it. The uneducated are willing to take risks.
Wealth lies in the problems of the world. If You find a solution to any problem, people will pay for that value. If you only find comfort in being a worker, every coin you earn is destined for problem solvers accounts (who are not you). Money is currency and it flows to where value is. Until you create value, money will never find a resting place in your life or account but will use you as a conduit to flow out to where value is created.
The solutions to your life's problems lies in the problems you are going through right now because every problem is packed with a solution and many times we do not want to act because we are afraid. Fear has been holding us hostage for free because no one is holding a gun at you and stopping you from acting. Sell air time if you have to because its not even heavy to carry anyway.

Your story can change starting today if you so choose
