There is always a Navigation Map for the Forest

“Don’t sit in the rocking chair of 'Procrastination', start with the simple steps and every step you take is far enough for faith to see”

Well I know that it's true to say the decision to make a good life for yourself IS in your hands. And I completely believe we must take responsibility for our actions. However, the problem is, we've been programmed by society to believe the myth that "self-improvement" means achieving success on our own. If this was true then nobody should ever think of starting school to learn anything.
This is what I believed for years and I wasted SO much time, money and energy because of it. The truth is nobody achieves wealth, happiness, success, creativity, lasting love or anything else without help.

So if you're at a place where nothing has really "worked" for you and you've been dealing with the same issues year after year (losing weight, financial struggle, dysfunctional relationships) then maybe it's time to consider a different approach.
Let me put it this way; do you ever wish you had an exact map, a plan of action and the necessary resources to create all the success you've ever dreamed of?
Wouldn't it be nice to come up with a big idea and not have to question IF it's possible or wonder how you're going to make it happen?
One of the major setbacks that I have since realized in my life is that throughout my school education life none of my teachers or lecturers were entrepreneurs. Therefore, I ask the question what kind of a man my teachers were molding me into. My best guess would be to become a good worker. No wonder after completing school we are all scrambling for the few jobs on the market. The most important thing out of this experience however, is that we all know now that if you ever want to earn the kind of income you desire, you have to go out and create the source of income yourself because no one will ever employ you and pay you what you think you are worth. To do that you need to commit yourself to learn from others.
There are two things you may need to succeed in life Resources and Relationships. Every businessman knows they need to be part of a network of people doing business within which they share ideas and challenges. Wherever people are, resources will always be found. Resources will be in different forms like money, ideas and information in general. People are not omnipresent therefore we need to tap into other people’s experiences and connections in order to be up-to-date with what is happening.
If you have a plumbing problem, would you go to an accountant for a solution to your problem? May be the accountant would refer you to someone else but the truth is that only a plumber can solve your problem
This is the difficulty of most people today; you want to start a business venture but you begin by consulting people around you who have never owned or run any kind of business in their life. What do you want them to say to you?
Sometimes you have these big ideas running in your mind and you are wondering what you can do to get started but you are still hanging around a bunch of losers or broke people. Do you really think you will get the help you need to take the most important journey in your life?
If you ever want to earn a $1,000,000, you need to starting getting close to the people who are either earning that kind of money or who are doing something in the form of business and are targeting to earn that or close to the amount of money. By getting close I mean ask them how to take the journey of earning more money. By getting close to people who earn millions you enable your mind set to begin to think bigger than what you currently think. You learn their attitudes towards challenges and how they handle business pressure.

"Your past cannot be changed, but you can change your tomorrow by your actions today." ~ David McNally
