Get Unstuck from the Mud of Life

Okay, what is the main problem that most people may be struggling with? I bet they might be saying they feel stuck. It’s as though things are not moving at the rate they wished. Being stuck or not is all about first taking steps to self-liberation which in turn helps release others from ever influencing events in one’s life. We are brought up in a culture where things seem not to be easy to come by and at the same time culture has empowered us with ways to blame others and judged them as the cause of our misery.
We hate, we blame, we condemn and even make others children of the devil himself for allegedly being conspirators for our troubles.

Dear friends, hear me! to hate is like hating yourself. You may not agree with me on this because probably you feel the trauma you went through because of the ones you think are entitled to be hated is far too much. Forgiveness is the first true step to freedom, to releasing the energy, the baggage, the resistance that blocks us from a true authentic relationship with our family, our partners, our children and ultimately ourselves. People have become Judges of others, they are constantly sending others to their mental jails for what they think they deserve.  Others even think that nobody can genuinely become rich otherwise they can only be the  so called ‘satanists’. If you want to know about being rich, go and ask the rich and they will give you the formula. Don’t ask another poor man about getting rich. Does that mean the poor must remain poor? No! Abundance is everyone’s right in this life but to pursue it is a choice that all have to make.

You do not get abundant by judging or hating others, No! The Christian Bible alludes to the fact that it is more blessed to give than to receive. In this life you must have more to give, your love, your care, your smile, you have more to give than you think you do to give. The tragedy of life is that people move through life from the state of ‘I don’t have’ lack and end up resisting those who seem to be better than they are. They feed their minds and egos on the past failures and tragedies and continuously re-living those sad moments.

When you make others wrong, you judge them and judging protects us and blocks our vulnerability and connection to them. As a result we become a reflector of what is wrong, a critic. We lose the ability to relate, to be with, to love openly.

And you know, the really crazy and tragic thing is that is exactly what we do to OURSELVES when we “hate” the way we look, the weight we have on, the body that’s not a perfect or well as we want.

The wanting something other than what we have is not wrong but the way we so often originate it from disliking, hating, disdaining the “I” we are now.
When we start from lack, from broken we do not get whole. We can acquire, chase, pursue but any seeming gains come on the foundation of broken. We just add layers over the broken. More importantly we are struggling, fighting and chasing from lack, from weakness. Thus, we attract more of the lower energy, more of the less not the more.

Simply stated, abundance is a way of seeing the world—think of it as a vibration. When we are whole, complete and loved we attract more of that which we vibrate at.

When we fully LOVE and accept the “I” that I am now, embracing it, knowing that I am free (not forced) to choose differently, but love who and how I am now—we start from strength. We step forward from abundance, from love, from the everything which is already here for you and I.

This letting go of negative energy, of regret, of the story of our past, is the single most important first step to changing your body—and everything in your life.

This is how you release the pain of yesterday and step fully and freely into today. Today, where your power and presence is—the only place it is.

Want to get free, step into your power, into today? Do not be burdened by the past it is already gone nor should you be worried about the future for it is yet to com. The only time you have to do something amazing is now

1.
Purge the Past
2. Embrace the Present
3. Align Passion and Purpose
